How do I post a classified Ad on Bikroyad?
After creating an Online Account on Bikroyads, you can select from the type of Ad you wish to post. There are 4 options:
Bikroyads Free – Free Classified Ad for 7 days (No Credit Card required)
Bikroyads 100 – A regular Classified Ad for Tk. 100 only for 30 days
Bikroyads Top – A Tk. 150 Top & Bump Ad for 30 days
Bikroyads Gold – A Special Tk. 200 Featured Ad for 60 days including Top & Bump Ad feature too
You can post the Bikroyads Free Ad at any time without payment but for other Ad types, after you select your type of Ad, our system will guide you through a simple process where you will be taken to a Payment Gateway Page for your payment and then you can proceed to select the Category of your Ad, Provide a title, description, location, upload pictures and draft your Classified Ad to post it Online. You may even Click here to create your Free account and start with posting a Bikroyads Free Ad. Once your Ad is received by our Support team, they will review the Ad and if it meets our Bikroyads guidelines, they will either make it Live within a few hours or reject it if your Ad violates our Terms and Conditions
Please be advised that any Ads submitted after 9.00pm will be published on the next working day.
5. Can I edit my Ad once it is posted?
Yes, you surely can. If you have done an error in your Ad or wish to add some pics or description, please send us a Live Support Message, Call us at 01779294755 or send us a message from the Contact Us page of our site. Our support team will review the change and do it for you.
However, if your Product is sold, you can delete your Ad at any time from your account.

When will my ads Expire?
Bikroyads Free Ads expire in 7 days, Regular Bikroyads100 Ads expire in 30 days, Bikroyads Top (Top & Bump-up Ads) expire in 30 days and Bikroyads Gold Ads expire in 60 days. However, you may delete your Ads earlier if you have already reached a deal.
What is a Top Ad, Bumped-Up Ad and Featured Ad?
A Bikroyads 100 is our Regular Ad without any of the additional features. But if you wish to make your Ad stand out of the crowd, you may go for a Top Ad which will be highlighted on the Listings page, a Bumped-Up Ad moves your Ad to the top of the listings once a day and a Featured Ad (Limited) makes you stand out on the Homepage and the Listings pages.

Under your Ad, you will see an `Eye’ mark which shows the number of total Buyers who have viewed your Ad.
As a Buyer or Seller, how do I stay safe using bikroyads.com?
We urge our BikroyAds website users (Buyers & Sellers) to only deal with people that are from your State or District and with whom you can meet in person. Never send funds and never give out your personal information to anyone. Be careful of fraudulent Cheques or any other mode of payment. Make your transactions in a safe way and avoid deals that are too good to be true.
How do I report fraud or bad ads?
To report a scam or an Ad you feel may be fraudulent, report the Ad by either clicking on the `Report Abuse’ button under the Ad or sending us a message from the Contact Us page. This will send a notification to our Support Team who will investigate this issue further. Please keep in mind that nobody from BikroyAds will ever call you to ask you for any personal information.
I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
On the Account login page, there is a Forgot password option. Once you click on that, it will take you to a Lost password page. I am a Buyer and have been trying to contact the Seller but they are not responding. What should I do?
If the Seller has not responded to your query, it’s possible that the item, product or service is no longer available and the Seller didn’t take their Ad down. It may also be possible that the Seller does not check email very often. Regrettably if a Seller has not responded to you, Bikroyads cannot contact them for you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
As a Buyer, my search results do not correctly show Ads about what I am not looking for. Is something wrong?
BikroyAds Search engine works depending on location, category and product/ item/ service you are looking for. It will show you precise Ads depending on your search. In case if you are seeing other Ads, it means there are less Ads that match your criteria and our Search engine is trying to show you similar Ads to what you are looking for.
